Dinner sounds good! I'd do whole kernel corn instead of creamed, especially with the mashed potatoes. Unless of course someone has dental issues which make chewing difficult. Add something green to liven up the color, collards are great with ham, but green beans will do if you don't like collards.
Don't forget some warm yeast rolls.

Scalloped or Au Gratin potatoes, baked apples, diced fresh fruit, sweet potatoes either candied or mashed. All of these are great with ham.

How about a pot full of greens made with smoked hamhocks or turkey wings, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, brown sugar baked beans and rolls? And for dessert: sweet potato and pecan pies!

Cabbage.

I saw a recipe on digital cookbook.com and the lady made ham and cabbage, and looked so good. I am looking forward to making it for New years eve!

By the way, your dinner sounds very good! Enjoy!
