I am removing a DVD drive from my computer. I already know how to open the Computer cover and drive panel. I disconnected the IDE too. Now All I need to do is disconnect the 4 prong power cord. The problem is, it won't come out, no matter how hard I pull. How do I get the power cord to a DVD Drive to come out. (If it matters, I am using a Dell E310)

I am hoping to make an offer on a house within the next couple of days. It's a FSBO, so no realtors are involved which helps as far as there being no real estate commissions on either side to be paid. Asking price is $258,000 and I would like to start by offering 20% lower at $206,400. The property has been on the market for at least 9 months, however I don't know that the seller's are anxious to sell and may not mind holding the property. The market in the area the home is located is very slow right now and on the border line of becoming a distressed market. I really don't think they've received any other offers on the property and doubt they will any time soon. Is offering 20% lower than asking price reasonable with today's market conditions?

I have known this girl forever and she has always been a little promiscuous. I've always liked her and she likes me on and off but it bothers me to know that she has gotten around with a lot of guys. Up until the other day we hadn't talked much over the last 2 months or so, but out of the blue she starts talking to me about marriage, wedding rings, and a life together. (She even started looking at wedding rings online and showed me what she wants). She asked me if I would really want to marry her, which I would but I didn't want to come right out and say it. She always tells me how much her family loves me and that her parents say I'm the kind of guy she should marry so I don't know if she is just asking all of the questions because of her parents pressure or if she is really sincere. We hung out last night and I thought she would be flirty and interested, but we just hung out like friends. I don't know what to think and I don't know how interested she really is.

I need a phone that has picture messaging. Someone told me that MMS phones have picture messaging on it, someone else said that's not correct. I'm confused can someone who is 100% sure let me know. I thought MMS stood or Multi-Media Messaging. The person said yes thats correct but it could mean a message with a picture and text underneath with maybe a voice message attached also. Does MMS mean the phone has Picture messaging? Also, a website says a phone has downloadable ringtones, does that mean I can download music which I can use only/strictly for ringtones? I am a girl, but I am starting to get into hockey.
I am not going to play on a team because its too expensive.
but
I just want a hockey stick so I can play with my friends when they play and just shoot a puck/ball around when im by myself.

I am 14, right handed, we don't play on ice that much unless if I get invited to a birthday party. And I am 5 foot 3.

Any tips on what to do when getting a hockey stick.
