Assuming you can't get her to commit herself, you would have to apply to a Court to be appointed her legal Guardian. You will have to prove (1) that she is incompetent or a danger to herself or others, and (2) that you're the best person to manage her property and her welfare. You will need to get legal counsel.

You would have to have two doctors find her incompetent, and then take that to court to gain conservatorship of her estate. Then you can stick her in a home and live off her money. I assume that's the plan?
