i dont know why fondue cheese is, but i love blue cheese with meat. I can't eat it alone ever, so im not sure if you tried this cheese by itself. I have blue cheese in a steak sandwich or in a burger, and it's amazing.

You can make fondue out of any cheese. I like my recipe for fondue cheese. They're not all alike.
*Cheddar makes the best fondue... sharp cheddar.

you can use any good melting cheese for fondue - you could try a different kind.
The ones I have tried I liked.
