Reminds me of my baby brother...but since your probably a young kid yourself...he's alright. Maybe a 5ish for young kids, but for adults...uh....1 as in brother cuteness.

if the term "hot" means physically sexy, then i would have to rate him 5 out of 10. Not attractive
but if you mean cuteness then i give 6.8 out of 10 only

eew not i think hes ugly...hes definately not my type..
and i have a bf but def he is ugly rate him as 1 being Micheal Jackson and 10 being my boyfriend, I would rate him a 3 or 4 micheal jackson is horrible lol
