I have been playing golf for about 6 years now, and I've really been working on my game the last 2 years. I'm on the cusp of breaking into the 70's and trying to search for every little detail to help get me over the hump.

I've been told in the past that a softer ball would work better for me do to my swing speed (I'm usually between 95 & 100mph). I've heard that balls like the PRO V1 won't help my game, because I don't swing hard enough to compress them. Right now I'm hitting Precept Laddies. I have hit Callaway War Birds, Nike Juice, and Top Flight D2's. Hard to tell which went further because I've hit them at different times and my swing is better now and I have a new driver.

Is there any truth to this?

Most importantly, what ball/balls would work best for my swing speed (for maximum distance)?

Maybe I will get some in my stocking from Santa this year :)

Thanks,
JC

older women (maybe mid-thrities and up) dress like they're 20?! I saw so many people like that today. They go tanning, have fake boobs, wear skin tight clothes, and a TON of makeup. And their hair is always dyed terrible, and it's just ratty and disgusting. And just the fact that they think they look "hot" is gross.

Is this plausible:
Our solar system is located near the center of a finite distribution of galaxies. Although this cannot be proven for certain at present, it is fully consistent with the evidence; so it is a reasonable possibility. In that case, the earth would be in a gravitational well. This term means that it would require energy to pull something away from our position into deeper space. In this gravitational well, we would not feel any extra gravity, nonetheless time would flow more slowly on earth (or anywhere in our solar system) than in other places of the universe. This effect is thought to be very small today; however, it may have been much stronger in the past. (If the universe is expanding as most astronomers believe, then physics demands that such effects would have been stronger when the universe was smaller). This being the case, clocks on earth would have ticked much more slowly than clocks in deep space. Thus, light from the most distant galaxies would arrive on earth!

One of my inlaws is a single mother and has her child in daycare for up to 12 hours each day. I left my career to stay home with my child. Lately I have been hearing about the so-called "benefits" of daycare from a couple of my inlaws. Like "oh Janey is walking early because she sees the other kids at daycare" or "Janey plays so well with the other children because of daycare". I'm just getting frustrated because I want more credit for what I do! I don't think there are ANY benefits to daycare for a toddler. Anyone else ever get strange comments from family about staying at home? Oh another comment I've gotten from a working mom was "I don't know HOW you do it". Like it's so bad to stay home or something. Okay, I had to vent! Thanks!
