I'm leaving for the US in 2 days, on an immigrant visa that was issued by the embassy in Stockholm Sweden, petitioned by my american husband. When will I receive my green card? I'm planning on going back to Sweden for vacation in June, should I have it by then? Or do I need to apply for a travel permit ? I don't know if it matters but we will live in Nevada.
It would be great if someone knew!

I'm hoping to transfer after spring semester for sophmore year, i'm a freshman now....
i'm at a big 10 school right now(not u michigan or nwestern)

3.77 college gpa(still waiting on a course grade)
-finance major
-spot volunteering at University sponsored events...20+ hours
-part time job 10 hours a week as a dishwasher
-taking 3 200 level courses next semester(1 right now)
-low sat scores......1180/1600....(sigh) ..3.2 hs gpa
-bible study group
-two more clubs

Do i have a chance of being accepted?

Can borrowing money and refusing to pay it back amount to theft?
Here's the deal:
I lent money to someone and I have a witness and contract.
Now he keeps coming up with a new excuse everyday.
So, today I threaten to take him to the small claims court.
His response: "Because you are being childish you will not see or hear from me and I won't pay you the money untill I hear from the small claims court"
Does this constitute theft?
Can I go to the police?
The reason I ask is because the courts are closed here till after the New Year and I need the money asap.

when i talk to my boyfriend on the phone at night hes like "walk down here"
so i tell him no because we live a good distance apart, and then hes like "let me call you back in like, 2 minutes"
well he calls back about a half hour later...
this happens almost every night.
and he always gets "beeps" from girls on the phone at night, too.
im starting to think that just because i wont walk down, hes gonna call someone else up that lives closer and cheat on me with them.

how can i know .?
oh, and he's on probation therefore he cant walk down to my house... :/

plus, this girl sent me a message (his ex who hates me because im dating him now) and said this

Okay so i woke up this morning and i had this light brown discharge that had a tint of yellow and darkbrown to it. There was a lot of it. But i took a shower and now it's gone. I didn't get my period yet if that helps. And i don't have and infection. Whats wrong!

I am concerned with some of the vehicles that come from other states, my question is, if a vehicle comes from another state, if the title can be washed. (an example would be a Hurricane Katrina flood damaged car) and it was sold at an auction, if these used car dealers have the ability to clear the title so the ususpecting buyer does not know that it is a flood vehicle?

I'm so used to writing poems with 4-6 abcb stanza's (that's what they're called, right? :S). I want to write my bf a poem for christmas.
