is 851kb/s download and 51kb/s upload speeds reasonable?

It says i have up to 2MB but i dont know what im recieving kb.s doest mean much to me! am i getting the right speeds? cause there really slow and i was thinking of upgrading

Personally I use testmy.net as I get more accurate download (but not upload) speeds, but your download looks quite right. From that speed, it's likely you're paying somewhere around or below 40 USD (if you live in the US, but your test shows Dublin, ?Ireland?, so I'm not so sure on the speeds there).
The upload speed looks way too low; this might be due to speedtest.com's connection, your firewall, or your ISP's throttling.

There are different speeds of internet available. Check to see what you are actually paying for.
