1987 $5 bill: in average circulated condition, $5. Not much more in uncirculated condition, unfortunately.
1990 Silver $1 coin: $11 minimum, which is the value of the silver in the coin. There was more than one commemorative silver dollar that year. Which one? Proof? Uncirculated in original plastic capsule?
2003 $2 bill: This is the most recent date and is still readily available at many larger banks. Worth face value only.

How old does a coin or banknote have to be to be worth something? Collector value is based more on scarcity than age.
