My right nasal cavity feels like someone poured pepper up my nose, no drainage, just a little stopped up. Pounding headache over and behind my right eye that goes down into the back of my neck. I get these every other week and these last for 2-3 days. I have taken Aleve, Excedrin Sinus Headache and Excedrin Migraine and they don't phase it. I'm ready to beat my head against at wall! Anyone else get these? It's only on my right side and I know it's something screwed up in my sinus cavity because my upper right nostril hurts then I can touch areas on my eyebrow and side of my jaw and outer ear that are sore but feel better when I press hard on them. This affect the back of my neck. I'm going to the doctor as soon as my medical insurance kicks in at my new job but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone else has this and what they do to relieve the pain!!!!

I'm going to be in a situation tomorrow where I would normally FREAK OUT (being in a small house which will be overly crowded with people and screaming kids). My doctor gave me Xanax and I'm just not sure that it will really help me. I get really nervous about being in this type of situation and I really worry about getting sick because I tend to get migraines in this type of situation. Do you think the Xanax will help?

I am worried. I have found a small lump at one side of my vagina near the side of my leg, it kinda hurts when you press on it! I was reading a website saying it was something and it can be caused by an STD. But I have been checked and the doctor said I was clear. ??? confused. Never had sex without a condom either am I just unlucky. Now im worried I could have 1 and I could go infertile!!

Was stopped in traffic at night several cars behind a red light. A car parked on my right side slightly up ahead was signalling to get in front of me with its wheels turned out, getting ready to go in front of me when the light turned green.

There was one problem though. I don't like SUVs. This car was an SUV. I don't like SUV drivers either or the whole SUV mentality. So when the light turned green, and I saw the SUV start to move, I floored my little Mitsubishi, doing a little swerve to avoid the big ugly, and got in front of it. The SUV got in behind me.

Next light was red and I had to stop. After a few moments, the SUV turned on its high beams in order to make me uncomfortable. Typical SUV driver behavior. I retaliated by flipping a switch to adjust my rear view mirror in order to shine the light right back into the eyes of the people in the SUV. It mustuv worked, because then they turned it off. Got a head rush from my victory. It felt good.

If SUV had hit, whose fault is it?

It's a small town of about 60k population as well as a college town. A girl showed up missing last week and I have been worrying about her/the murderer constantly. 2 hours ago the police announced they found her body in the crawl space (makes you think.. how reliable are these people? they don't know how to thoroughly investigate the scene??)

I'm having a lot of weird sensation on my back, specially if I press the front of my neck (throat area). My doctor referred me to a physical therapist, but my condition seemed to be getting worst. When I move my right hand or arm, it feels like there electricity going through my upper right back. What should I do? Will i need some type of surgery? Please help!

My plan was to take four 1X6 boards and build a frame (rectangle) and nail it to the wall and ceiling above my bed. stain it and attach some sheer panels to it with a nail gun. this will be over a low profile queen sized bed. i built the base for the bed (using that instead of a frame and box spring). I want clean lines and a simple contemporary look.

What's the best way to go about doing this?

My husband is 61yrs old and never lost a day's work in his life. I am almost 59 yrs. My husband has not a pension through his firm. Took out Private Pension which has literally 'went down the tubes' as have many others. His state pension forecast shows he should get approx. £200 per wk at 65 yrs. My state pension shows I should get just a little under £100 per week. We thought therefore this would be our joint income if he retired, plus a very small private pension. However, a friend who is usually knowlegeable in such matters actually laughed at us and said we will not recieve anything like this from the state and more likely to be something like £130 per wk between the 2 of us. I am now a bit worried with how we could survive on that. Is this correct?: Both of us have worked almost all our lives.

ok, for my last novel, when the land has defeated the final villain, what would be a better ending for kids/teenagers? The leader has found another griffin (there were rumors the species had gone extinct) and they have a newborn griffin who becomes the future king. Or, sometimes people like it when a creature dies so should the leader die and leave his new son as king, or should it be a happy ending? If he dies he's go up to a heaven world where you live your second life. What's yuor thoughts about it, thx for ur opinions :)

im 17 and i dont really know where im headed in life for ex: college and my major....come to think of it i dont really even know who i am....i love my mom/dad but i feel as if they dont have any faith in me and they keep bi***ing about my SAT's because i took it twice i got a 1460 then a 1455 i feel so f***ing stupid and i have lost all my confidence and i dont really care what people think anymore...i have thought about suicide but that wont really solve anything, right now i feel as if im living in a glass maze and when i graduate it breaks and im even more lost im so damn depressed idk what to do............
