I'm having a lot of weird sensation on my back, specially if I press the front of my neck (throat area). My doctor referred me to a physical therapist, but my condition seemed to be getting worst. When I move my right hand or arm, it feels like there electricity going through my upper right back. What should I do? Will i need some type of surgery? Please help!

If you have Cervical Spondylosis you should be under a Rheumatologist. Many of the new biological drugs are stopping this condition in its tracks, so I am surprised you are not on any drug treatment.

You should be referred to an orthopedic surgeon. Bone spurs can extend from the front to impinge nerves and even blood vessels. Sometimes you can have problems swallowing. Don't delay proper diagnosis with this. Physical therapy for this condition futile.

The electricity feeling means its nerve impingement. The only bone in the front of the throat is the hyoid, but there are nerves that run through and all around that region.
Talk to the PT, give feedback. They only know what you as a patient tells them. Then we can adjust accordingly.
