My company provides its employees with free food, snacks (chips and candy) included. Recently I've been diagnosed with inflammation of the liver from too much fat..we're guessing its from high cholesterol/triglycerides from all them chips and junk foods I used to eat. I stopped and I eat lean meats, fish, and vegetables along with fiber and exercise on a daily basis. However, around me I still see people grabbing chips and eating them and just choosing all the fried foods like fries, fried chicken and foods high in fat like pizza. I noticed my coworker behind me got 3 pieces of fried chicken, bag of doritos, with a side of Coke. Im more cautious about my health cause of my liver so I changed but only because of that I notice that people really do eat terribly. Are they shortening their life span? Do you notice this too when you start to eat healthy? I quit because it's damaging my health I wonder if they know what they're doing to their bodies?

Recently we had encountered our long lost father and my sister has gotten close to that side of the family. It has been only about 2 months or so...drama happened with the other side of the family and for her own reasons she does not talk to my mom and to my g-ma she does talk to her but she said things will never be the same. Lately I've been feeling like she has been ignoring me. My sister and I work together and she just acts different so it seems around me. Today she got a ride from her half sister or not sure if she's even her biological sister or whatever. But she's calling that side of her family her family now since they do live closer to her than we do. She calls her biological dad her dad which to me is weird because he hasn't played the fatherly role and she is getting closer to that family. In a way its good for her to start a relationship but I guess I've kept my own space with my bilogical father. What should I do? Not make this a big deal, start a relationship with them?

What areas or how close does it have to be to be considered an invasion of personal space? I feel really uncomfortable when someone puts their hand on my shoulder or knee and if you are so close "kissing distance" of my face when speaking to me then it makes me want to scream: "CAN I GET ME, ME BACK!" Lol :)

i haven't been able to gain weight for like a year. i feel sick all the time. Normally i weigh around 130 or 135 but for over a year i have weighed 105 to 107 pounds. I feel dizzy alot. I eat more food now than what i did before. If i don't eat i feel really sick. I have been getting bruises easy. What could be wrong with me and what should i do?

I have a 3 year old that goes on her potty all day but not at nap times.I understand not being able to hold it while sleeping.My question is why does she not go on the potty while she is awake in her room trying to sleep?I tell her all the time to potty in the bathroom or on her tiny potty that I put right beside her bed and she still goes in her undies.I just don't want her to not feel like a big girl.Any help would be great:)Thanks:)

with our senior account executive and has been for months. Well aparently she is in the middle of a divorce due to the affair but my bosses wife just found out monday and told all the employees. I have heard him talk to his wife about marriage counseling but still has this account executive in his office all the time and has been seen hugging her and kissing her in the parking lot...This is against company policy! I do not know what to do and this is making me sick! I feel sorry for his wife and 2 year old daughter...I mean I have been there. Not to mention he is being a jerk about the situation....like he will ask me how I am and then I ask how he is and he will say what the heck do you think or his wife will call and tell me to tell him to call and I give him the note he will make a ugh sound crumple the paper and slam it in the trash...and the account executive, I HAVE NEVER LIKED HER! 29 mother of 5 and is out every night getting smashed...she even acts a fool at customer functions
