i have sworn statements,signed by the 2 officers in the presance of a circut court judge.admitting to this crime.

It's better to come down on them through the state to catch a city or county cop gone bad.
Going through the local internal affairs may only tip them off.
And you may get serious consequences .
Make sure you have solid proof not just here say .

This is a tuff one, what i would suggest is going to a different county and talking to their police because at least you can be sure that no one will know these officers and are not involved themselves. good luck

go over their heads because cops protect cops. Contact the DEA they have jurisdiction over any police organization when it comes to any type of drugs. Lets all remember it isn't hard to become a cop and i would say half are crooked. You just don't know about it because cops protect cops.
