Like I have said since her no talent sister showed up almost 10 years ago...You can take the girl out of Kentucky, but you can't take the Kentucky out of the girl! All I know is that in my house there are now 2 shows my 7 year old is no longer permitted to watch...The Family Guy and Zoey 101.

Well, I just think that there is something wrong with the Spears family. I do not know what, I just know there is something wrong. I wonder how the child is going to end up. I know one thing, being a teenage mother is not a good thing. I wonder how she will go about caring for this child. I just think that she made some very bad decisions. At least she is not doing this whole abortion and hiding the child thing. I wonder what the baby will look like, and if it will be born healthy. I have no idea who it will be next. I do hope that i will see Miley Cyrus drunk or something like that. I just have no preference for her. I do not like Disney and their relation with music. They do not mix, because when they produce music, they normally come out with (for lack of a better word) crappy music. Disney has already had their problem with Vanessa Hudgens. Maybe it is time that we should start paying more attention to these people, and try to see if any of this information is true or false.
In my honest opinion, IT IS FREAKIN AWESOME!!!

I say it's not surprising.
That's probably a cry for attention because her sisters hogging all of it.
Plus she's a minor and her boyfriends 19. Her mother let her move in with him during the summer, it was expected.
For everyone that's calling this an accident..it's NOT. Teens know better not to have sex...I know I'm a teen and I have 3 friends already that got an abortion.

you know, i look at it like this... if she was not famous, or a family member of her's wasnt, she'd just be some pregnant 16 y/o Jane Doe... and no one would make as big of deal out of this. she made her bed, now she has to lay in it... lets give the girl some credit, i read alll these "anti-abortion" peoples comments in the religion section of answers, so lets be happy shes keeping it, has money to support it, and is hopefully smart enough to actually be a parent to her child, unlike her sister.
this will hopefully be a good lesson to her, and to her unborn child, when he/she is older.
if everyone wasnt so negative about this, and gave her support, she and this baby will do just fine~

I think it is sad. Her mother really deserves a "great mother award". What is sadder still, is that Jamie Lynn had made comments to a magazine that she was not seriously dating anyone - that she just had lots of guy friends that she hangs out with. So, not only did she get pregnant at 16, butshe got pregnant with a guy that she was not seriously dating - or in "Love" with. (Personally I think sex should be saved for marraige, but - hey)

Shocker! Okay, maybe considering everything else going on in her family, not so much-- but still, she's 16. However, I'm strangely impressed with how calmly she's announced it and is rolling with it.
