lexapro has helped me calm down. its not amazing but it has no sexual side effects and most of them usually do so ive stayed with it. paxil i took was bad in every way. i took clonazepam with the lexapro but it hurt me sexually and i didn't feel anything. i'm starting to take xanax and i've heard all good things about it so we'll see there. so for now it will be lexapro and xanax. but i've heard some people who take zoloft and effexor or valium. i've heard they are worse with the side effects than lexapro and xanax. i just wanted to know which anxiety medications have you had the best luck with(which helps the most with anxiety and best with side effects)?and do you think my combo of lexapro and xanax is a good one? (i understand its different for everyone)

I'm still not sure what to get mine. Penelope could use a new bed. The one she likes to nap in occasionally is kinda wimpy and folds up like a clam on her lol They have so many tinsel wands and feathers on a stick and what not. Has anyone seen some cool new toys or treats you're getting your kitties?

I'm 13 and all I eat is fast food and food from restaurants. I'm not really fat, just a little pudgy but I am losing some of that at PE. And its not my fault because my parents wont cook or anything. Even when I ask them for vegetables or healthy stuff. And i tell them that I might have a heart attack oneday or something but they say I shouldnt worry.

So my question is : how could I convince them to give me healthy foods, how long until i become enormous if I dont stop this, and if I do start eating healthy how long will it be until I lose some weight?

im 16 and my doctor thinks i am hypoglycemic. i have to go back tommorow to get a glucose tolerance test? im really nervous. i have never really had anything wrong with me before and come from a healthy family so what would cause me to become hypoglycemic? would it be because i eat unhealthy. i eat a lot of sweet and salty foods. i am going to start eating healthy from now on though. im just really scared i dont like getting my blood drawn or anything like that. i dont even know what this test is?? what will they do and how long will it take? does it hurt? sorry im just nervous, i dont like going to the doctor.

I'll try to make this as short as possible ..

He's a member on facebook
I know his password (he told me what his password is)
one day i was curious after hearing my friends talking about facebook so i decided to check it out using his account
i logged in and found out that he has sent around 20 msgs to 20 different girls asking to become friends which is something i DONT allow and he knows that
i noticed that all these msgs were sent at the same day same time
i told him about it (crying and screaming of course)
he told me it was prank done by one of his friends
i believed him .. he even opened each msg to me and showed them to me
i was ok
i told my friend about it .. my friend said that i should check if he changes his password after that or not cuz if he did change his password then something might be wrong
and guess what .. he DID change his password !

should i be worried ? we're engaged for a year by the way and nothing like that happened before

Hello. I'm a 14 year old male with a height of 5'6. I weigh 120 pounds or 54.5 kilograms. I'm a vegetarian and I drink water constantly through the day. In fact, water is the only thing I drink. If I ever need to use bread, I use wheat. I don't eat candy, nor cake, nor ice cream.

Despite all this, I have fat in my thighs and stomach. I'm worried that if I try losing it all I'll be under 110 pounds, which I believe is underweight? Is this safe?

Also, what kind of diet do you recommend as well as an idea to lose leg muscle and slim it down?

Hello, I had a lateral internal sphincterotomy done last Friday. The actual fissures don't hurt anymore, but it hurts where the incision was made, when I have a BM now. I looked in a mirror and I think it looks ok, the pain is pretty much gone now, no bleeding since right after surgery, and I make sure I get my 25-30 grams of fiber a day to help. Is this normal?

Brought up as a J.W. 10 years on and i feel i am lacking 'something' or 'someone' in my life. I am not sure what it is, maybe it is the time of year.

Last night, i found myself singing (excuse the spelling) Kum-by-ahh for my son, not sure what this means, but i remember the children at school singing it in assembly while the 4 J.W's sat with a sister from the congregation and read 'my book of bible stories', this did not stop me learning the hymns!

I am a very spiritual person. I do believe in god. Now i want a little religion back, but no way will i EVER return as a J.W.

Sorry, religious Q's are usually legnthy aren't they?
