Da Ben Dan gave 21,594 Answers since becoming a Yahoo! Answers member on April 09, 2006. He accumulated 67,346 points helping others until his account was targeted for suspension by anti-gay trolls. Yahoo! realized it's mistake by allowing people to make their questions and answers private, but did not reverse it's unjust suspension of Da Ben Dan's account.

Da Ben Dan was a great answerer here a little while ago. He was at about level 7, but was deleted for really no reason by stupid trolls. Yahoo didn't do anything at all about this. Putting his name in your name or whatever is like showing support I guess.

It's sort of the same thing as "for Charles Manson", or "for Ted Bundy". Even though someone clearly violated Yahoo Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, there are always going to be people that support them. All you have to do is enter "Da Ben Dan" into the Y/A search engine and read previous questions about him. The reason he accumulated 67,000 points prior to getting suspended was because he didn't get reported for violations. Just because you don't get caught shoplifting doesn't make it right. Then one day he insulted the wrong person and that person reported his violations. Doing this brought attention to his account. Yahoo reviewed his account and determined he was a habitual offender. Yahoo does not suspend your account for no good reason. Real people review each report. It is not just a computer generated program that determines what is a violation and what is not. But the reason he got so much attention here was because he couldn't accept it and move on. He complained to the Yahoo appeals board and didn't stop complaining. Even after Yahoo explained why his account was suspended, he continued to complain. And not just complain, but bad mouth Yahoo. He even threatened to take legal action against Yahoo. If he would have read the TOS, he would understand that when you click "I accept" when joining, that Yahoo can suspend your account at any time, without notice and for no reason. Just goes to show the level of intelligence of this person.
Y/A is a question and answer format. It is not meant for chatting or ranting. This is the last known profile for DBD.

As you can see by his only remaining "question", it doesn't follow the question/answer format. His "question" is considered chatting/ranting. The biggest reason why people receive violations is from insulting other users. And yes, calling someone stupid, ignorant, homophobic morons is considered insulting.

I've heard this so often I think I can now say what it is. Da Ben Dan was a Y!A member before my time but he was reported by trolls so many times Yahoo closed his account. I hope I got that right! Not trying to be rude but here's a tip, next time look it up on here before you post a question to see if it has been asked before or recently.

I assume it is a gay reference for someone who wants to be bent over and shafted.
You know...I'm for da ben dan.....for the bending....bending over.
Otherwise it's some kind of Jewish thing....
