this is a serious question. i'm not trying to take stabs at either side here. i'm curious to know who is really more insulted? the atheists, from the idea that many christians and other religions believe we are doomed to eternal hellfire and torture because we don't want to believe what they believe? or is the christians and other religions, who believe that everything they have good in their lives is because they were blessed by god, and then see atheists who can live good lives without believing in a god?

I have developed a slide film (with a cross process), so i have negative image on my slide film.

I wonder if it possible you use the normal scanner, not those fancy film scanner to scan a image on film to my laptop.

So, last night I saw messages that my husband wrote to another girl on the computer which were not PG13 so to speak....we got into a heavy argument and then he proceeded to deny our unborn child calling me every name in the book. I kicked him out. I know 100% that it's his..not a doubt in my mind, but he started saying very hurtful things. I didn't go to work today b/c I'm so upset..so then this morning he calls me and now he called and wants to take me to lunch on his lunch break...what the heck does this mean?? why? after he denied his own child?

and someone runs in telling you that the whole place is on fire.... after looking around, there are no alarms, no smoke, no fire trucks, no heat, no evidence of a fire.... just a few people screaming....

Falls a sleep. Oh I was so mad. He had been wanting me so bad and letting me know all day by grabbing my butt and stuff and whispering in my ear I cant wait until tonight. So I get all excited about tonight I get a shower,shave,put on my silky night gown and spray on some perfume and whats he do he falls a sleep in the chair. So I go to bed mad b/c I didnt get no lovin but he says I will make up for it tonight. Ever happened to you?

I will be studying in my last year of uni next year. Which situation should I choose:

1. I am currently living away from home and have been for nearly 4 years. During this time i have been studying and broke. I cant afford a nice wardrobe or to get my hair done. I cant afford to buy regular meals and i feel sick a lot from not eating enough. Im also always worried about money. I have also being single for nearly 2 years and i believe this is because i cant afford to go out much or look pretty. Do I stay in this situation?

OR

2. Move back in with my mum, younger sister and brother. I moved out nearly 4 years ago because i didnt get along with my mum. I hardly speak to her and am not on good terms. If I move back in with her i get to eat regular meals and my own room but the house will not be very quiet so i will have to study in the library. I will be able to buy clothes, get my hair done and i hope these things will also help me find a guy.

yes, a week before Christmas and the manager still expects us to work.

We have refused, we are not picking up the phone, if debtors want to ring, they can, but we are not answering.

In Microsoft Word, when you look under file, you can see the most recently added, read, or edited documents. I'm sharing a computer today and I don't really want anyone to know the document titles or see them pop up if they use Word also. How do I get rid of that?

I recently received the hospital bill from an emergency visit that required surgery and a brief hospital stay. Let me be clear that the hospital treated us with the utmost professionalism and gave us great care. Unfortunately, like many, we cannot afford insurance and quite frankly the cost of the bill is financially crippling to us. I've contacted the hospital and requested and received an itemized bill. What can I do now? Does anyone know what I can expect when I call them to set up payment arrangements? Is there something I should know that might help me move forward and get my arms around this? Hey All,

I am trying to find out how to make an equation for an entire column.

Here is my current scenario:

I have a column for time in, and I have a column for time out. I would like to have a column for total hours worked for each day that will take the difference of time in from time out. I know how to do this for each individual row(=D4-C4), but I would like to set it up so that the column automatically does it.

I am in a significant amount of pain. First, my back hurts like a SOB, not sure what I did to it, but I can hardly walk. Also, my hand hurts cause I think I have arthritis. And I am sick with a horrible sore throat. It's just awful.
Here's the problem. When I was pregnant recently (baby born in Sept) I had a problem where I couldn't walk called SPD. It was so painful. It even hurt to sit/lay down. So I was put on painkillers for my almost entire 3rd trimester. Then after the Csection, I took them and then I broke my finger and had to take some. So I developed a dependancy to them. It was awful. The withdrawal was terrible and I felt like a junkie, which I am not and it was a really bad feeling.
So, since I'm in so much pain, worthy of taking a painkiller, should I take some, or would it be opening doors that I don't want to open. If it was only for a few days, would it still be bad?

We found a place to move to when our lease is up February 29th. Should we let our land lord know 30 days before or 60 days before that we won't be renewing our lease? I know it has to be at least 30 days, I just don't know if it would be better to let her know 60 days before instead so that she will have plenty of time to find new tenants? I plan on leaving the place cleaner than it was when we moved in as I always do when we move.
