I have a sercive company in Queen Creek. Based on the pinal County side. I did some work (in the maricopa side) and the check bounced ($100.00) I have called and left messages with the people and no response. Where can I report this? Is there a "bad check dept"?

DA is the best bet, they wont put up with that, had a friend who took that route when it happened to her and it worked out .

Take it to the DA., Hot Check Division. If they cannot collect, charges will be filed. Often, there are more already reported to the DA.

I'd recommend to send an email to the county attourney's office, they will usually have the answer for this.
