I'm looking for a nice bolt-action. I went to Scheel's Sports last night and found a nice Stevens/Savage Arms .30-06 for around $350 and a couple smaller calibers for around the same price. All of them come with a package and all they really need is a final sight-in.

Is this a good deal? What should I consider for a first bolt-action and what kind of other informations?

Do agree with most Western historians who claim it was basically a coup d'etat or do you think it really was a revolution from below? Maybe there weren't crowds marching up and down in the streets as one observing socialist realist art would be inclined to think, but the lack of enthusiastic crowds does not really mean lower class people were discontented with the revolution. What do you think?

My boss handed out the christmas bonuses yesterday and he gave everyone a $10 gift certificate and a $5 gift certificate.

WTF. I know I work for a non profit but dam last year we receieved a whopping $25 in my first year.I assumed a little more this year.

Should I just give them back. They are for a stores I have never and will never go into.

I'm getting a blood test just to make sure my soar throat and swolen glands is just a sinus infection. I got a finger prick yesterday and it kinda hurt. They said it was to early to decide if I had mono even though the results were negative. Is the one I'm getting today hurt more. If it does hurt what can I do to make it hurt less. Im really nervous.

Evette has 41 1/2ft of string. She wants to cut it into pieces 3 3/4 ft long. How many pieces of string will she have? How much string remains, if any?

I know she'll have 11 pieces of string but .06 is left over after you do the work. How would you show that in fraction form and how would you get to it?

Okay so husband and are really young, I am 20 and he is 24- We just got married last June- he wanted to do something I wasnt intrested in Im not ganna go into detail- I wanted to leave him- I didnt come home or talk to him for 3 days- That was childish of me I know- We are raising his 16 yr. old brother and it makes it even harder- I dont want to be with him but he called my whole family and all of my friends looking for me and told them all of our business- I told him that I wasnt in love with him and I was even talking to someone else and he doesnt care he didnt eat the whole time I was gone and he said he even had thoughts of suicide- The only reason I am staying there- is b/c I feel so bad for him- I will always love him I am just not in love with him- SO my ? is how do I get away from him without terribly hurting him- I just want to be 20 not 40! But I did make my bed and I guess now I must sleep in it.

In Pennsylvanina if you get a speeding ticket, and you pay it, but you pay about a dollar extra, and when you get a check back for the for the amount you over paid. Then you dont cash the check, and they never close your account, and since they dont close your account you cant get points on your license. Is that true?

I just moved into my new house afew months ago and seem to have some bad luck with the new items I've bought..first my TV broke down before I'd even watched it, my friend broke my cup and bowl. I broke my new kettle when cleaning it, my heater broke down, i bought a new one which burnt my new airbed when i was pumping it for a friend. my bathroom tiles just fell off. surely something must be wrong somewhere. what do you think?
