do you think they derserve the all the credit that they are getting, or have they gone past their sell by date, sorry but I appreciate good music and talent but I fail to see this in this group unless you are aged between 6-12

I own an apartment on the 30th floor of a building. The mortgage holder (bank) decided that the building is in a flood zone and forced us to buy flood insurance. I called different insurers -- no one wants to sell flood insurance as the building is NOT in a flood zone. Bank then bought flood insurance for us and charged it against escrow.

Now, getting a lawyer over a $800 a year bill is not worth it, unless there is a class action suit possibility. Any thoughts out there?

...a girl who's been through a lot in her life (war, been stalked, etc). She's strong yet fragile, but doesn't complain and tries to keep things positive. She's very independent and likes to stand on her own. She's also a good girl. we are remodeling inside.Have made the doorway bigger between living room and dining room.My question is I've painted my living room a light beige,my dining room isnt quiet finished yet,so what color should it be ? Right now its a light green.Leave it green or paint same color as the living room or maybe a different color from both..not green or beige..Thanks for your answer.

When I straighten it, it looks fine, the same when I put on hair moose to make it curly. But when it is natural it is horrible. It is frizzy and I don' t know what to do. I had a fringe years ago, and I decided to let it grow out, and now it has stopped growing, but hasn't grown to full length, it's just stopped at my chin ((my hair is shoulder length)). I really don't know what to do. Anybody else in the same situation?? Or anybody got any style/product tips they could give me?? You would be doing me a huge favour, as I am kinda scared that when I move in with a boyfriend later in life and he see's my natural hair it will put him off. :(

(This is realy for my mate - lol) He must of downloaded a dodgy file or a virus because his laptop's all messed up. He wanted to clear it all away and start again. He didn't want to pay for anybody to do it for him so he used the recovery disk to install Windows Xp over his copy of Windows Xp. Now, when he boots, he gets a small glipmse of the Xp logo and then another small glimpse of a blue screen, then finaly the laptop restarts. (he says) he's tried using the recovery console but it still dosent boot and he was wondering if there was anything else he could do. (He *was* running Windows XP, SP 2) If theres anything else you need to know I'll ask him. Thanks in advance.
