I'm buying a condo in Baltimore, and I can't decide between a historic and a brand-new place. Which will resell better in the long run? Both places are comparatively priced (250-300K) and in the same, good location.

my dog can not open his mouth all the way...his jaw is not loose,he has no other syptoms of any disease...he just can't open his mouth,he can't even yawn,we had to soak his food in water,so he could try and eat it,which it worked,he can slightly open it,but it's like it stops,and his bones on the side of his face are sticking out,it won't wiggle,and he is not whining like it hurts.

Currently have a 23 gallon tank and may be upgrading to a 38 gallon tank. My 23 gallon tank currently has 4 turban snails,6 hermit crabs and 2 clown fish, with about 30 pounds of live rock. I have had this tank for 1 month now, and am wondering what type of fish I should get for a 23 gallon tank should I decide not to upgrade, or a 38 gallon tank if I choose to upgrade. HELP WILL GREATLY BE APPRECIATED!!!!

I am an actress, and at the age of 14 I am not sure what exactly to aim for as far as getting an agent. So far I have done 10 plays, and one commercial. I know about all of the big agencies, but since I am still a begginer I obviously have to wait until I have more experience before I even think about sending to those. I was thinking about talent plus (a local agancy) and Osbrink Agency. What do you think and do you know of any agancies that specialize in representing children/teens?

I've been low energy for about a few months now. I'm constantly tired, sick to my stomach, headache, and up to 6 canker sores in my mouth at one time. Even on my tongue! I had an infection in my hand along the cuticle about 2 months ago and it was a mild staph infection. Healed up and now the finger next to it and my big toe are infected again? Doesn't any of this match up to something? I can't get to the doc til Wednesday of course so i'm relying on you now!!

ok well I have 2 very best friends. One is named Alyssa and one is named Danielle. I hang out with Alyssa a lot more because we're both in cheer and our families are closer, so we can do whatever whenever. Today Alyssa and Danielle both went to church together without me. I didn't think much of it, because Alyssa and I always hang out without Danielle so I thought it would only be fair. Well all throughout the week we talked about going to Christmas Tree lane, all three of us, and then I find out today that just them two are going without me! Im so mad and I feel totally left out. Danielle's like "Well you always leave me out when you hang out with Alyssa." I understand that, but when you plan to go all together and one person doesn't go, isn't that unfair? Because it's not like we were planning for just two people to go. Am I being unfair or are they being unfair? Tell me how you see it.

Hello, I know that question sounds stupid, but let me explain first. I know how to use telescopes fairly well and have been for years, but last year I was given a small 4.5" reflector scope that a friend didn't use any more, and I can't seem to get a crisp image with it at all. When looking at stars or planets I can never get it to focus sharp. where it should be sharp it has a fuzzy halo around the star/planet and you just see a blob of fuzz. It's so bad that I can't see the rings of Saturn or the cloud belts on Jupiter. I've checked and cleaned all the mirrors and eye pieces and they seem to all be in good condition. No scratches or anything that I can see. Any ideas on what's causing this or what I might be able to do to remedy this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and help.

Can someone tell me how the movie ends?

I totally dug the book since the twist on *how* he is a legendary figure in the end completely caught me by surprise. I want to see the movie, but don't want to waste 8 bucks if it's just going to piss me off with some ridiculous Hollywood ending.

Molly an i have been dating for a while we had this instant connection I met her at a bookstore I even remember the dress she was wearing that day we met 4 months ago we talked about from love, to maturity. and to our favorite books, i love the way her eyes dance as she looks at me and the way when you can tell she is happy its all writen on her face , i love maxeing her laugh and watching her sleep as the sunrise goes down and knowing I am her superhero , this all seems quite good execpt we live in a little town in canada where all they see is colour i am black and she is white and in the town blacks make up 1 percent of the population i hear negative comments everywhere when we go out i see weird looks from people , should i start punching people out one by one or walk on by because i am angry its starting to bother me
