Just wondering, when you are in love with someone do you always have a faster heart beat? Is it possible you don't get a faster heart beat if you have been with that person for a while and at ease...?

And your heartbeat does beat faster!! It feels like there's so much adrenaline pumping you can't stop going and seeing them makes you uber excited. Sometimes it does fade a little, but it you're truly in love with them, it doesn't fade for quite some time!!

The faster heart rate coinsides with excitement. If you start making out, or something stronger, you heart rate will go up. This is true if it is your first week of a relationship, or 30 years of a relationship.pp

when you truly love someone your heart beats faster, you sweat, and you cant talk. its only happend to me once and still does. i hope i helped!!
