both r parents consent fully for anythying! what can or cannot be done?

My kids are in a Private school and we are planning to move in Jan. I do not want to enroll them in school that late in the school year. I am planning on homeschooling. My question is, how do i pick up where they left off? I also want to use the Abeka curriculum, but I dont want to have to buy the whole eyar curriculum for a few months! What are my options?

how do i let my bf of 5 yrs that I don't want to be with him anymore?I am more concerned with if he will b okay than what is best 4 me.He didn't have a good childhood & i want him 2 have a good adulthood.We have lived 2gether for 3 yrs and i make a little more$ than he does, and i know that he can't afford to pay rent and bills by himself, his ma don't want him 2 move home.i always took care of paying bills he would just give me cash.He tried 2 take care of them but it didn't go so well, we ended up getting behind so I took over again.I have $5000in cc debt &am stressed about that.1 of the things that bothers me so much is that I feel like I do a lot 4 him/us and he doesnt offer to help, cooking,cleaning,dishes,laundry,bills, catbox.I asked him to pick up sticks in the yard @the beginning of the summer(been there since last summer) & they still r, w/snow covering em, y couldnt he do that 1 thing?We r both shy &have trouble communicating feelings 2 each other. our children didn't get along. Never met the mother of his kids. actually she is mother of youngest but raised his oldest as her own. we are together all day everyday (we own our own business). at night he picks his oldest up from work and goes home to live with them. was waiting for oldest to turn 18. oldest is now 22!!! says that oldest got into some trouble with wrong crowd and isn't ready to live on thier own yet......like i said, we are together every day!!!! live as married couple. He stays at my house thu, fri, and sat nights....i guess i'm a part time wife...but, i am getting sick and tired of waiting....I have asked for a divorce several times but he cries and says how much he loves me and that he is coming...SOON...uuuhhhh!!!! he swears he has nothing to do with the kids mother and they have separate bedrooms,yet I am not allowed to call him there. In fact I found out that his family thought we've been separated for the last 5 years..PLEASE HELP. I have no parents for advice.

My Dads girlfriend of 3 years passed away 11-03-07 ... He is in complete shock because they had a big fight because he had to move from Miami to Tallahasse for a job and she didnt want to go . She stayed in Miami and a week later she Drown in a lake ... My Dad was on his way back to Miami to pick her up because she changed her mind and before he got there she already passed away... I came from Texas to my dads place to go to her services and ive never seen him so depressed... My sister and brother told me that i needed stay with him for awhile so he wont be alone and when i asked him if that it was he needed he said that he didnt want me to wate my time on him but im worried cause now all he does is drink and cry ... Should i move in for awhile and take care of things for him ????????????? ... What do you think?

Darkness always overcomes light. Night overcomes day. Lightbulbs burn out and darkness remains. Stars, even our own sun, will eventually burn out leaving darkness where there once was light. Light is measurable and comes from a source, darkness is what remains when the source of light fails (as all sources will), is not measurable, and needs no source. Why would anybody use such an analogy, when it is so obviously flawed?
