how do i unblock access to a website?

Talk to whoever set up the blocking software.
If at work / school that's teh IT dept
Also remember some COUNTRIES block certain sites too.

URL is currently Blocked by the ISP ie Internet Service provider bloak the particular site..

Where are u accessing the internet from?
Are you at home? It shouldn't be blocked.
At schools they have filters to prevent students from accessing prohibited websites...
Porn websites etc..

if your are at school there really isnt a way to block it. If you are at home that means someone set up the block on your computer for security reasons. Parents maybe?

this means the websites if blocked by filter or firewall. you can pass this by finding a proxy site.
