Birds urinate, it's just that their urine is semisolid rather than liquid. Since bird don't have a bladder they are both mixed in together rather than the way we think of it as two sepreat by products. But birds need to get rid of the liquid just like we do... hints the reason it is typically runny. The white is urine and the black is... well poop!

Birds have one opening (the cloaca) for their wee/poo/reproduction (both boys and girls have them). For ammonia excretion (which is what our urine is for) they produce uric acid, instead of the urea we make, and its basically a highly concentrated version of the same thing, to save water. It's concistency depends on the amount of water the bird has available, so they can have very liquid, almost clear wee for water birds, or an almost solid paste for birds with less water availability. And they excrete it at the same time as their poo, which is the green part, like other people have said.

No they don't. They don't have a bladder. They only have one orifice at the rear, the vent. All waste is passed out of the vent. The vent also manages the reproductive functions of the bird.

When you see what is bird crap on a park bench or on your car, the white part of it is the birds pee and the dark part is the poop.

this question had me lol... all I know is whatever it is that they emit, it always lands on my car in a chalky white looking blob with some dark gunk in it. Is it pee or poo, I do not know.
