I didn't drive. They gave me a rental car and sent my car to somewhere to fix my car. That's it. They are not paying any side money or they didn't even gave me free oil change or something. Is this right?
I'm worried about my car value now because of the accident.
I'm 21yr old so i don't have any this kind of experience.
What can I do?

I guess I'll provide a generalized example of my own race. Being an Asian, sometimes I am really annoyed by certain Asians trying to "act smart" or are actually smart and think that they are better than regular joes and people who don't go to school. They even expect me to be that way, and when I'm not the "stereotypical geeky asian" they expect me to be it feels like I'm left out. Sometimes, they just proclaim that they are good in academics and want a prestegious job, like in the medical field, when actually they don't even care about school that much and are just doing it to fit in. Is it just me, or do you also sometimes feel that people within your race wants to support stereotypes of your own race ? Are you bothered by it?

have a son who's 11 and still has accidents a few times a week.
I try not to make a big deal about it b/c I had a problem as a child.
We just do all the things like no or limited liquids. Waking up to go, etc.
I saw a commercial with children my child's age saying oh yea they help.
I sometimes wish they had them when I was a child b/c theres not much worse for a kid that waking up with soaked sheets.
I just can't see saying to my son, here wear these.
Honestly, I think the embarrassment would make a bad situation worse.

i gave my heart 2 u, and told u that it was yours 2 keep.But constantly u hurt me& took my luv 4 granted.u made me feel like i was neva good enough 4 u. n yet u neva really gave me a chance.maybe if u had i wouldn't feel so hurt. and i would b able 2 jus get on with my life. we really could've had something good.But u didn't even try.sometimes i wish that i wasn't n luv with u,jus so i wouldn't have 2 feel this pain.yeah this might sound krazy but inspite of all the tears & the pain.my feelings 4 u neva changed. i loved u so much that even when u were being a dick i was still able 2 luv u.i sit here reminesing about all of the memories we once shared, and wonder how in the hell did we end up here.how did we ever grow apart. and i would neva in a million yrs. believe that u would b the one 2 break my heart.and i refuse 2 believe that u neva loved me. everything i had i gave 2 u. i don't have n e thing else 2 give. and i don't deserve this pain. and i really don't know that the hell 2 do

i was watching a movie at school in geography and it said on it that lightning comes from the ground up with about 1/1000th on a second but then i asked my science teacher and she said this is not true.

If the ancient egyptians were not Africans then the non-african population would have existed somewhere other than africa before migrating to Egypt. But where is the great civilization that would pre-dates egypt that contains all the knowledge egypt was built upon? Where is the great pyramid outside of Africa?

If the Arabs were the original builders of the pyramids why did they wait until migrating to Africa to build them?

I am an attractive female, not to sound conceited. I have my sights set on this one particular guy, but he is playing hard-to-get. My parents and I are re-modeling parts of our home and we'd like to know what kind of laminate wood flooring could be used on a concrete floor. Glue or glueless?

Bear in mind that my parents are both home improvement people (Dad is a roofing supervisor; Mom works as a dept. manager for a local indie hardware store). However, they are open to advice and suggestions from others on what kind of laminate wood flooring to use on concrete floors.

My daughter now 11 year old is born left handed. Due to our ignorance, we tried to teach her the 'right' way including writing. She has poor motoring skills and is not doing well in school due to difficulty in concentration. I just learned that this could be due to "convergence problem" because of our intervention to switch her from left to right. Now encouraging her to use which ever hand she is most comfortable with. Any other things we can do to help her further? Thanks!

i have my A.A. in business administration from a jr college and i am enrolled in a university to get my B.A. in marketing.. i have not passed business calc and basically dont plan on it since i've already failed it the maximum amount of times allowed. now i cant get fully admitted to the school of business and i cant change my major to my second choice b/c my gpa is too low. what is the easiest was to get a bachelors degree in anything? i was thinking a technical school of some type? let me know your opinion =) thanks.

Can't they build our sign not 15m but at least 50m high?

Some say the sign is 'ugly'. Why doesn't LA build a pretty tower? Any symbol that is higher than 15m
