Theoretically yes...but I'm thinking realistically no. Aircraft carriers mass on the order of 50,000 tons or around 100 million pounds. That's a lot of mass to get moving from sheer wind power. I don't know if it'd be possible to have enough sails big enough to actually do any good.

Considering that ships about 1/5 the size have been built powered solely by sail, I'm sure it would, but it probably would not sail very well.
