I've been wearing soft contacts for about 5 or 6 years now, and they have been great for me until now. It started about 2 months ago. Everytime I wear my contacts my eyes get red and irritated, and it's very painful. I have been wearing glasses lately to see if this solves the problem. It doesn't seem like it does because my eyes still get red around evening time everyday. I try clear eyes, but that only gives me relief for a little while, then it comes back worse. I dont think I have dry eyes. Although I have been smoking a lot lately. Could this be the problem? I have tried quitting to see if this was the problem, but i just can't help myself. I hate wearing glasses, so if anyone knows what's going on with my eyes please let me know. Thank you.

I had sex on day 6 of my cycle (6 days after the start of bleeding) and I was still spotting a tiny bit on this day. I am trying to PREVENT pregnancy so I used condoms and withdrawal.No rips or spills at all!My concern is that when my boyfriend stood up to put on the condom I saw a long thin string of pre-ejaculate coming from him! He wiped off, put on condom and proceeded. During foreplay I was naked and underneath him. He did NOT penetrate me or touch me before the condom was on. But I'm paranoid that maybe some of that long strand could have somehow touched or contacted me but I'm not sure. Now in the middle of my cycle I am experiencing spotting. So I'm scared maybe I ovulated early and this is implantation spotting (I'm also having cramps).I just started taking a birth control pill this month that says spotting may occur but I'm not sure what to believe. I'm really scared but don't know if I should be. I know I have to wait and see(so far negative preg. test) but what are the odds

Which do you think would do more to prevent people from shooting a bunch of people then committing suicide:

1- More gun control laws. (Preventing unstable people from buying guns and mandating that gun owners keep their guns locked up)
2- Banning the media from publishing shooters' names (like they do in some court cases with juveniles) so that nobody will think they can get famous by pulling that kind of stunt.
