Yes, my feet are extremely ticklish, especially with fingernails & when my feet are warm. I'm actually extremely ticklish all over, so it really doesn't take much to get me down, LOL!
When giving my feet a rub during and after a foot bath (also applying mouisturising cream), I can't even rub my own feet without laughing because it tickles like crazy, but it's fun, LOL! Who says you can't tickle yourself? LOL!

I am definitely ticklish on the tops and bottoms of my feet. I love it when somebody tickles the top and bottom of the same foot at the same time! (I better be restrained though so I can't kick and flail too much!).
In regards to why people tend to be ticklish on the feet - the bottom line is that there are a lot more nerve endings in the feet so it is a naturally ticklish place for the majority of people. That said, some people can control the tickling sensations and some people are just not ticklish on the feet.

After extensive research with my Panel of Experts, I would be delighted to report that both the bottoms and tops of my feet are intensely ticklish, but I'm a bit worn out from having been forced into prolonged hysterics for so long and will issue a full report when I'm better able.

My feet are. I haven't touched the bottom of my feet for a while because they irritate the hell out of me everytime I poke them. I think people's feet are ticklish because their minds focus on that spot. If there was a even amount of nails that pressed evenly of your foot, it probably would feel very comfortable.

No - if someone tickles my feet I fall asleep. My feet hurt by the end of the day to be overly sensitive.

YES THEY ARE. A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE'S FEET ARE TICKLISH. THE REASON IS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT CONTROL THAT. THE REASON IS THEY HAVE THEIR MINDS SET ON BEING TICKLISH, WHETHER THEY AGREE OR NOT.
