i started my period yesturday and i never have heavy periods and when i went to the bathroom (ihad a tampon in) i pissed straight blood. and the doc said that all its is, is a heavy period but i've never had a heavy one

If the doctor isn't concerned about it then it's probably normal. Some periods are heavier than others so I wouldn't worry about it.

I doubt you were "pissing blood". It was probably blood coming out of your vagina and while you were peeing it got cought up in the mixture and looked like blood (i get that sometimes too) It looks like bloody pee but its not. ) your normal. I wouldnnt worry about it.

You are not supposed to pee blood. Are you sure it was blood? There are certain foods that make your urine red.
If you go to the pharmacy, there are testing strips that you can pee on and they will turn a certain color if there is blood present.

if you've asked the dr. and he or she said that it was ok they yeah.i'm sure that you are just having a heavy one.
