My cocker is 2 years old. He is AKC registered, but neutered. I have no interest in showing him or breeding him. He was purchased strictly as a pet because I love the breed. He comes from a very reputable breeder, who actually would not sell him to me as anything other than pet quality, but she did give me his paperwork to fill out and send in. I haven't done it. The paperwork is still in my nightstand drawer. Is there any real need to, considering I'm not breeding or showing? I know he's purebred, so does it matter if his registration papers get updated?

In other words, out of 100 random self-proclaimed Christians, how many do you believe would hold beliefs and/or practices enough like your own that you would agree that they are, indeed, Christians?

Why have you chosen that percentage?

My fellow Y/A classic country music fans don't you think it's high time that we all started getting along with each other on here? We are all adults and should act like adults. None of us knows everything about the music we all love so well but the bickering between the ones who have been on here for a long time needs to stop and we need to welcome the new classic country music fans into our circle of friends. As I have said before the he said she said causes a lot of needless friction. Lets' all get back to doing what we are supposed to be doing on here and spread the good word about classic country music and stop the infighting. Let's all make up and start over. The points won't pay your bills or buy you a tank of gas so it ain't no big deal. Jealousy can cause too many problems. I like all of you and have met some wonderful people on here so let's all get back to the good old days. What are your thoughts on this suggestion????

My friends children have chicken pox and because my two older boys have already had the chicken pox and the baby hasn't i wanted to see if i could get him to catch the chicken pox while he is young and less likely to scratch etc., or even be aware that he is going through it. But because i am breast feeding i am unsure if the milk from me will keep him immune. But then i was wondering if he did catch it would it be dangerous. He is due his 3rd set of imms on 18th too so not sure whether the chicken pox would affect him worse if he had the injections.

My son has been experiencing a new desire for God and decided- on his own- to sing with the children's choir at church for Christmas services- of course children's choir is open to all kids- he's 13- he just started last week- and has been practicing- but was told he could only sing one of the songs with them- last night he was so excited about one of the "cool" songs they are going to sing- he asked if he could sing that song too and the choir director told him she noticed he sings off key and it would be better if he lip-synched every song- he cried a ton- and now he doesn't want to sing at all anymore- I tried to tell him that he just started singing/practicing and she's trying to make sure that everything sounds good for the service. I also told him that he shouldn't let others take away his joy of God and he should still practice and participate. I don't know what else to say to him- he was crushed and I don't want him to allow this to hinder his walk with God- help!

I have 2 very young children, and a beige carpet in our living/dining area, so you can imagine my dilema! The worst stain is my fault though, an old coffee stain. I have tried different things, and finally bought a steam cleaner, but even that doesn't completely get rid of it. Help me, please....even when the living room is clean, it looks filthy.
