If you mean a kind of plants, it is "Hiisu (ヒース)" in Japanese.

If you mean your name, it is "Hezaa (ヘザー)" in Japanese.
eg. Heather Graham (an American actress) is "Hezaa Gurahamu (ヘザー・グラハム)"
