Call of duty roads to victory for the psp?

in this game i want to know will you be able to play deathmatch,capture the flag and games like that without getting online on your psp. your answer will help me greatly to decide if i want this or not.

i dwonloaded the game
deleted it a day later
you cant play CTF/DM and it isnt a v good game
