My 12 year old son went to his friends house, fhey went to the pool and I found out they were sitting in the hottub for almost the whole time (3-4 hours)

My son is home now, his skin looks different. It looks very dried out as if there is no moisture left in his skin. He also says its itchy sometimes.

What should I be doing?

I have a 3 year old dog that is half great dane and half bullmastif. She is a short haired dog so I expected her not to shed a lot. But, especially in the last week or two I've noticed her shedding so much!!! She is s housedog by the way too. It is driving me crazy. Is there something that causes this, or something I can do??? I'm new to the whole house dog thing. Any help would be great!! Thanks

I have a new neighbor and she has a dog. Well the dog barks as soon as she walks out the door and doesn't stop barking and scratching the door until she comes back. I have talk to my landlord about this but I know he is having a affair with her so him doing something about it just won't work. Anyway I got into a aguement with her over the dog and she is just acting like she doesn't care. I need to know what I can do as a tenant to make her do something about it. Car x is traveling north. Car Z is traveling south. Car x enter a center turn lane with no lights or stops sign. X wants to turn left to enter a car wash. X stopped in the center turn to wait for the southbound (2 lanes) to clear of traffic. When clear at the speed of 5 to 10 mph x turns left. 3/4 of her car is in the driveway of the car wash with aproximately 5ft left to complete her turn when she is struck by another car. Driver of car Z says X turned 25 ft in front of her. Z states her rate of speed is 27mph. X and another witness both state they never saw her in the lane until X was hit. X says Z made a lane change & thats why she is at fault entering my space . Z denies the lane change & says X cut in front of Z. Who would strike who and where is the damage if we assume Z is telling the truth.

This is my understanding: Utility uses people as means to an end. So long as more people are benefited in the end, utility justifies any means.
Deontology puts more value in the individual. We must take just means in order to achieve just ends.
So, if we're maximizing deontology, would it just mean that we're doing whatever it takes to value the most amount of people- without devaluing the human worth of any individual?But you'd think that regular deontology would want to benefit the most people, as well.

MY HAIR CHANGES COLORS OF ITS OWN ACCORD
