to come in an talk and she smokes..I told her the smoke bothers me once but not assertively enough I guess and the last three times I got extreme sinus problems after being in her house..snorting, congestion, headache.

What alternative herb or practice/supplement/action might help this sinus stuff

and how can I get out of going into her house..I do not want to be that chummy with her but I am afraid of her as she got three neighbors kicked out and works for the office and I would rather be a friend than an enemy..I tried telling her I am a loner and don't like getting involved with the neighbors but she is already hanging around the hall or knocking on my door..yesterday she tried to get my phone number saying she needed it for some basket she is trying to get me but I refused to give it to her as I knew then she would call and I would not pretend not to hear her or escape when I didn't hear her if I was in the bedroom.

Help..how can I get my needs across without offending her or

I love my girlfriend very much. In the past, she used to talk continuously to me and not anyone else, but that time, we dint used to go out. Now, a few weeks back, another guy proposed her. Although she denies that she is not interrested in him, she speaks to him (online) the whole day. When I come online, even then she talks to him and I am left alone! A seasonal position type employer sent me a letter saying that due to the evaluation of my performance I will not be made an offer to come back. I am very surprised and I would like to find out what happened. What would be the easiest/best way to do that? Ideally I would like to see my performance evaluation and why I was "probably" considered "unfit" for the job.
I saw several questions on here about Freedom of Information act but does that pertain to private employers? I live in Alaska and this is a private not government employer.
Is the employer even if I ask required to provide me any information?(I saw this differs from state to state).
Definately good information would be helpfull and maybe some legal link.

I recently moved to New Jersey after living 10 years in Colorado... There's slim pickins out here for Mexican food... I'm forced to cook my own.

I am 17 years old, black, male and in highschool. I hate gangster rap music and people who don't take education seriously. I am trying to break a majority of my people free from mental enslavement. I go to a school were so many people that look like me act stupid, thuggish. I try to talk to them about black pride, the history of africa, education and they just brush me of and make fun of me. When I say I hate gangsta rap, they look at me like I have two heads. I go to a school in the inner city because my mom can't afoord private schools. But yet they can't name an ancient black society off of the top of their head. My people constantly fuss over " light skin" vs dark "skin", " good hair", wtf?. They are brainwashed, and I can't reach them. When can black people unite and stop european standards of beauty? I think the white power structure that promotes rap doesn't want to see rap go away because there making too much money. I have joined an organization's promoting black youth's
