Oklahoma (Big 12 Champs) got what amounts to the auto-bid for the Fiesta Bowl, by winning their conference.
To pick their opponent, they had Hawaii and West Virginia left to choose from, after all the games picking ahead of them had their slots filled. Therefore, the Big XII champs will play WVU, the Big East champs.
But, to answer your question, the Big 12 and Pac-10 both seem to be favorites of the Fiesta Bowl Committee, if history is any indication.

although "Oklahoma", no longer "Choklahoma"(spell it proper little boy) misplaced to West Virginia, side of the rationale is that OU was once lacking five in their best(and beginning) gamers, three on protection, two on offense. you cant count on any workforce to win below the ones instances. i do admit that ou performed terrible within the fiesta bowl, the protection misplaced the sport for them. But below an entire, healthful workforce, OU can overwhelm any SEC workforce anyday. theyu overwhelmed MIZZOU, who gave a SEC workforce akansas a whoopin.
