I am an ebay powerseller. I sell many namebrand clothing. Ebay has many times given me account violatoins for "unauthorized item" or "copyright infringement". My items are authentic and authorized but they will not listen to me. After the first violation, they have seemed to "flag" my account and give me violations for every possible thing they can think of. I am about to be suspended I think. I am working on opening up a new account but know they use software to find out people who do this. So far, I have opened up a new bank account in a different state (its just over the river) to register with ebay, and I went to the library to open up the new ebay account and paypal account. I have my name on the new ebay and paypal account, but a different state address. I also opened a new email account with yahoo to use too from the library. My question is , can I now come home and log into my new accounts with ebay and paypal from my computer without them tracing it? Any help?

In the living room we will have tan couch and chairs with a shade of green for carpet (I forget what shade it is), and the bf is very big on everything matching!
What Im having trouble with is the bathroom colors!!
What are some good/modern bathroom colors that will go in sequence with the living room.

We've easily taught our 13 wk old Australian Shepherd puppy to go get the ball. Problem is, every time she goes to get it, she brings it half way back, lays down and plays with it, or drops it and moves on to something else. How do we encourage her to bring the ball back to us, and drop it?

Also, does anyone have any simple tricks we could teach her right now? We've taught her "sit" and "down" (lay down). I would love for our 9 yr old son to be able to teach her something.

Two weeks ago a monkey faced the daunting task of retrieving a bottle of Vodka that Lewis Carroll had stashed on his roof. The monkey beat the challenge and shared the Vodka with his good friend the Cheshire Cat. But now, Carroll has a new bottle and he has also rigged the mechanism so the Monkey can't use his old trick.

A Cable hangs over frictionless pulley, next to roof on which is nice bottle of Vodka. The cable has uniform mass.

A weight hangs on one end of the cable, on the other side, the monkey has a knot he can sit on. The weight and the monkey balance exactly.

Additionally to prevent the monkey from climbing up the cable until the weight jams into the pulley, Carroll attached a latch. If the weight gets too high up the latch is triggered, the weight falls to the ground as so does the monkey.

Within minutes, the monkey had stolen the vodka.

At my office we throw away a lot of white paper that has been printed on one side. Sometimes we shred it and it gets recycled. Are there any other ways to use this paper instead of shredding it?

I have been in this relationship for 5yrs and recently I cheated and she found out. She does not know all of the details but she knows and the hurt is still there. I am very sorry and not talking to the other person anymore (althought I kinda want to). I want to really try to make things work and if they dont then they dont well they didnt. She is super hurt and tends to be mean and hurtful to me at times. I know that she is feeling pain but my question is "how long am i supposed to wait for her to stop being hurtful to me" I dont want the whole cheating thing to turn into an excuse to treat me like this forever! She has told me that she does not know if she needs a break. I am willling to but what does a break consist of? I am super confused and sad....like i said the other person is still on my mind but I am honestly trying to work things out.

Alright, now I have a question, and I'm not even going to go into deep theology, just an easy question...

When I talk to people about the origin of christmas, they often say "well not it centers Jesus' birth so it's not pagan"
I have a question about this, and to answer, all you will have to do is look around you.

How much of the celebration of christmas actualy centers Jesus?
How many of the Movies/shows even MENTION Jesus?

Here comes the Question:
If the main things celebrated in christmas are pagan (list to follow) and we rarely even remember Jesus (not everyone but most) then how can we claim that we aren't celebrating pagan things?

Pagan aspects of Christmas (christmas things with pagan origins - and meanings) - not complete list.

* The tree
* The giving of gifts
* Santa Clause
* Santa's sack of goodies
* The giving of cookies to Santa
* Yule
* Kissing under mistletoe

so, heres the things...we go to hubby's mother's house to spend the night, sometimes 2 nights...my kids go in thier school clothes and when they come home, they sometimes come home in other clothes she has provided, i dont exactly have other crappy clothes to change them in before going to grandma's. i cant have them coming home in different clothes , no matter what i say to them, grandma wont listen when i ask her to put on the clothes they came in. My husband's sis still lives with her mother at age 30 ish and she acts like this "clothes queen". She has clothes in a locked up closet so if someone needs clothes, they need to ask her. How do i avoid her and solve this problem of them coming back home with the clothes they went in?

The flapper seals ok and I have moved the float down on the valve assembly. When the tank fills it doesn't stop and ends dumping the excess back into the bowl.

you see people with big, wide grins....living their lives, getting their needs met, indulging in fullfilling relationships...careers....nice homes...loving partners a good jobs.....a healthy sex life etc.

and on the flip side theres me who:

has borderline personality disorder, is 30 years old....has endured a life time of trauma....suffered bullying, victimization.....has never been employed....never gained qualifications....never had a steady relationship....are stigmatized and labelled because of my disorder.....like certain people wont touch me....live alone in a one bedroomed flat....at huge disadvantages in life....have noone to turn to except my mum...have no direction....a mental record and a petty criminal one..
so because of that ill be outcasted, and my hopes and dreams of a better life, with a good job & my own home, living by the coast will remain fantasies forever.....because in my situation, itll be impossible to achieve

So a customer had their car towed in, 175 bucks We spent 4 hours yesterday diagnosing the problem. Here are the specifics.
1. Fuel delivery OK
2. Timing & ignition OK
3. Hard cranking.
4. Oil on Plugs.
5. New plugs didn't solve issue.
So there is fuel & spark at the right time, starter is fine. air intake is also fine.

We did solve the problem and I didn't charge the customer as we were laughing too much. This is way out there. I will answer it at lunch today. Lets see who can come up with the answer, I will post clues. For all mechanics it is a head shaker.
