I mean do you sometimes just feel like hitting something sometimes or are you the cool dude who just takes deep breathes in and stares the situation in the face and smiles..

My son who is a few months shy of 4 years old is having problems with a bully at his daycare. The other boy is constantly ridiculing him and berating everything about him. From the color of his skin (my son is white the other boy is black) to the clothes on his back. We have talked to the daycare provider and the other child's parents and they basically told our son to suck it up. The daycare provider's hands are tied and she has taken privledges away from the other boy when he begins his taunts but there is only so much she can do. We've told our son to ignore the other child and tried to explain the other boy is jealous because he has nice things. But they are 4 and don't quite understand it all. Any advice?

Our brand new home had a plumbing leak and damaged carpets, stained furniture. The builder is compensating us for damages but the letter refers to it as "Settlement amount" rather than a reimbursement for damages. Will this become taxable?

When was the last time your parents saw you naked? How old were you and had you started puberty ???? My cousin showed his mom and dad his pubic hair when he first started growing it, and he showed my parents as well!!! (his aunt and uncle) just wondering if anyone else wasn't shy about this.....its kinda strange

I apologize for it seems I am asking the same questions but i dont know where else to get advice. Well my wife seperated and took the kids. She says she doesnt want a divorce but leased an apartment 6 months. she calls me few times a day and we see eachother daily in the last few days for a short while. even though its only been a week i taking hard. It doesnt seem to hurt her as much maybe because she has the kids but she says the reason is that she knows in her heart this is going to make us have a stronger marriage. She talks to me over the phone like if we were still together. I catch myself waiting by the phone. Should I still talk to her the same? She still asking me to help her find another job. should I? Should I give her separation papers or will this push her away. It seems like were seperating but she still wants the benifits of having a supportive spouse. I want to believe her when she says we will be a family again but statistics say this is the begining of the end.

I really made a stupid mistake. I totally forgot my first anniversary. It was not intentional by no means. But, she sees it as me not wanting to be with her any longer & doom for our marriage. I love her very much and have absolutely no intention of splitting up. So, as some background to the situation, here is what I am dealing with. My wife is pregnant with our first child. I have been working overtime at my day job and picked up a second job as a waiter to make some extra cash to pay off some bills that I have before the baby comes. I have been very worried about money as she will not be able to work very much after the baby arrives and it now looks like my day job company is on the rocks and may not last 3 months. I am totally stressing being a first time dad and wanting to be the bread winner. I have not told her about the job so as not to worry her more. But, I am totally in the doghouse and don't know how to right my wrong. I lost sight of the forest for the trees.

She's been very critical,verbally abusive, and emotionally, always sided with her husbands. Sent me to mental hospitals, ex i came home drunk one day she called the cops about 5 cops were in my house. She's never believed in me said i would be a looser like my dad. But i have proved her wrong ..but she still treats me like im a step child. Tells me that my(half) lil sister will never be like me. She treats my sister totally different. but on the other hand when i have been in really bad sistuations like when i ran away with an abusive boyfriend she picked me up. And she still is very negative with me...always but doubts in my head about my fiance etc.

She's hurt me so much pple...but i still talk to her because she also has helped me when i've needed her the most & b/c my grandma lives with her. What do ya'll think of this? I'm now a mother of a 3 month old and i can't ever imagine doing this to my son.

I have to try and come up with an idea to run some sort of competition between 3 teams... We have to take a journey to help us reach a target. One of the other team leaders has come up with the idea of her team being on a train which is trying to reach a destination (the target) but has destination stops along the way to assess the progress... great idea but i want to do something a little more inspirational and less boring... What can you wonderful brainy people suggest??

I am a 17 year old mother of a 2 month old daughter. I need advice on my situation. My boyfriends mother is so protective of him. (Hes also 17) She has said to me that she feels like I am taking her son away from her and that she has a problem with letting him go. She only lets him come over to my house when she says its ok to see his daughter. I let our daughter go to his house every other weekend and whatever days out of the week his parents would like to see her. But his mother is basically trying to keep a leash on her son. And I think it's a little ridiculous that shes taking her envy out on us. And I think its really ridiculous that he has to ask permission to come see his daughter at my house. He tells me he would rather be here than at his house because his house is crazy. And me and him like to have time together. And we like to have bonding time as a family.. But does anyone see where im coming from? Because his mother always makes me out to be the bad one.

I'm a 20y/o male and I really need some more bicep workouts:

I currently know of the following and rotate throught them, doing two repeatedly every other day, changing weight as well.

1. standing dumbbell (changing shoulder angle as well)
2. concentration curls
3. hammer curls
4. preacher curls
5. cable curls
6. bicep machine (i don't use this often)
7. standing easy bar curls (changing grip widths)

In addition I never work my tricepts, is this holding my biceps back??
