I have a case with a case with with a well know Fitness club who will not stop taking money from my account and one of the worker forged my name on a contract

Has it possibly dawned on you that there could be MANY Orange Counties? These two being fairly well known and on opposite side of the country; doubt there is a lawyer who commutes between the two.

Contact a rep at your account (whether it be a charge card or a bank account) and order them to stop withholding the amount or charging the card. Tell them the Health Club no longer has authorization to make continuing charges against your account.
Then go to the DA or the State Attorney General. Oftentimes, these health club memberships are scams, and the AG already has cases working against them.

You are making allegations of criminal acts. Report the matter to the county District Attorney. You do not have to pay the DA to investigate crimes.

most all plaintiff's attorneys work on a contigency fee...just call them.
