Just to correct a statement that was made earlier and what's being discussed in the thread in the link - "actinic cf" and "moonglow" refer to a type of lighting that's in the blue spectrum that are used for marine aquaria: http://www.arcatapet.com/fullsize/9409.jpg , http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~idproduct~ES53400~tab~2.html , http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~idproduct~ES53404~tab~2.html . These aren't the name of an organism.

Organisms under those lights may take on a bluish or greenish tint, especially if it's an organism that has zooanthellae (the photosynthetic pigment used by anemones or corals): http://www.flickr.com/photos/digitaltrav/100316733/ but some organisms "glow" orange instead: http://www.chandev.com/reef/newerimages/full-tank-03-23-05-actinic.jpg These act almost as blacklights, and are used to simulate a "dawn" and "dusk" in marine aquaria, which seems to be critical for some anemones and corals to reproduce.

There are some "blue" anemones: http://www.flickr.com/photos/digitaltrav/100316733/ , http://www.migulski.com/san_diego/San-Diego-Sea-Anemone.jpg , but to the best that I can find, none of these are bubble tips. There is a bubble tip called a "neon" that is mostly white, with a blue-green tint to the tentacles: http://shop.1asecure.com/prod.cfm?ProdID=290183&StID=2750 , http://totallyexoticcorals.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=839&zenid=7734e856a43ee9f2a4e1563b2c8ced55 , http://totallyexoticcorals.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=1144 which is about as close as I've seen to "blue".

E. quadricolor does not come in a blue form (yet). You can, however, find some really awesome color morphs that would look very awesome (like green with red, orange with green, etc).

Also, clownfish do not lay eggs in anemones, but at the rocky base of where the anemone is attached.

GL!

how long have you had it? i just got some last month they are doing great. If it is moving around the tank a lot then it is unhappy because of water quality or lighting etc. and you should only feed them 2 or three times a week so i dont if you might be overfeeding it. I feed mine raw shrimp and i always defrost it before that may be a reason. I have found out in the past mysis shrimp (buy frozen not freeze dried) get some species of anomones to start eating. You can purchase them at almost any local fish store.

Short answer: YES

I bought mine six months ago, along with 2 true percula fish.
"nemo" lays his eggs in it.
