A British primary school teacher has been arrested in Sudan, accused of insulting Islam's Prophet by letting her class of 7-year-olds name a teddy bear Mohammed, her school said on Monday.

Police arrested Gillian Gibbons, 54 of Liverpool, on Sunday at her home inside the Unity High School premises after a number of parents complained to Sudan's Ministry of Education, said Unity director Robert Boulos.

Gibbons could be sentenced to 40 lashes, six months in prison or a fine, said Ghazi Suleiman, the head of the Sudan Human Rights Group.

Boulos said he had decided to close down the school until January for fear of reprisals in Sudan's predominantly Muslim capital.

Unity, an independent school founded in 1902, is governed by a board representing major Christian denominations in Sudan, but teaches both Christians and Muslims aged 4 to 18.

He will be staying with me for a while, And I know there is a chance he may want to install something on my computer to track what I look at online, emails etc. I work during the day, so I don't know what will be installed without my knowledge while I'm gone. I've done some research and a lot of these can be installed by a purchaser without your knowledge. That makes me nervous!

Do you believe in God, don't you think we were place here on earth for something bigger than our selves. If you are going through hell right now, dont you think God can take you out of that place, and place you in a place of peace, joy, and where his unfailing love is show to you. Remember the directio you choose to obey, determines the future you create.

A couple of days ago I noticed that I had "heat rash" type bumps on my jaw line and also on my chest. Throughout the day I also noticed other parts of my body where this rash was forming. Within 2 days, I notice it happens to be spreading to random places.. My sides(ribs) my stomach, lower back , upper back, back of neck and front, behind ears, chest, etc. I have been putting Gold Bond's Baby Powder with Corn Starch on the areas to make sure they are kept dry, and i purchased cotisone 10. I haven't used the cortisone yet, because I'm afraid that if it is heat rash, it will clog the pore even more. How can i get rid of this... what is it??

Do you just smile and grind you teeth or do you avoid them whenever possible?

My husbands family drives me nuts-
His mother told me weeks ago that My husband's sister and brother bought her these really nice shelves for Christmas.... I forgot all about it and didn't even notice them on Thanksgiving. Well, after talking to my husband's sister- we told her we bought a really nice TV because ours broke and that's our christmas present to each other. On Sunday, I get a call from his Sister asking if we are going to chip in for the shelves!!?
1. We didn't have anything to do with it- or the planning of it.
2. She paid her friend and outrageous amount of money to do it.
3. She already took credit and gave the shelves to her mother weeks ago!

I feel they didn't involve us because we just got done paying for a wedding (Nov 3) but changed their minds when they found out we had enough cash to buy a TV!

I just polietly told her NO and that we bought his mom a gift from Ireland.

I've been working with a nice guy for the last month and until last friday I didn't notice he was gay.

I feel so embarrased because I asked him if he has a girlfriend and when he talked about his friend brian I only thought they were friends and nothing more.

I feel ashamed of the stupid things I've said (like so cool you two are such good friends, or when he showed me a photo and I asked him if that girl was his gf.).

I want my gaydar fixed!

ps: I work with 3 gay guys, I could identify 2, the other one caught me offguard.

ps: don't get me wrong I don't discriminate, I would just like to know in order to avoid embarrasing moments.

you don't see too many questions about these teams or hear much from their fans. I just read that Pittsburgh has taken itself out of the free agent market. Living in Cleveland and being an Indians fan, I can certainly understand the plight of the small market franchises but I do not understand the constant plight of teams like the Pirates who have been spiraling for decades now, much like the Indians did. However, the Indians turned the franchise around with the opening of Jacobs Field but PNC does not seem to have done the same for the Pirates. What is going on with these franchises? Why is Pittsburgh in such dire straits? Can an Andrew McCutcheon help?
