Clearly the voters did not think so otherwise he would have been re-elected. Using troops to attack the bonus army of WWI vets was also not a smart thing to do.

i don't think so. mr. hoover once said the business of the us government is business. indicating that our government should care for business interests above those of individuals. this is not my idea of a good government.
