My hubby makes a lot of our bread--whole grains, the other day Romano Bean Bread, today Potato Bread. If he doesn't we make sure that it is whole grain Omega 3-6-9. I love brown bread. Going to have to look up a recipe for that as I haven't had real good brown bread for a while. Have you ever tried Prairie Brown Bread. Really good.

On the very rare occasions when I do eat bread (I never buy it for home consumption) I prefer wholemeal to white but generally consider the type of bread produced in the UK to be rubbish and not worth eating.

I love rye bread, and whole wheat bread, but when making a grilled cheese I like white bread, but I know white bread turns to sugar in your system...so its mostly brown bread for me!

Brown, wholemeal or white...whichever I fancy...but white bread with butter makes good toast.
