Once a new development is sold out and the developer is ready to sell the model homes, do they price them cheaper than homes with identical features/options? (I'm not talking about whatever furniture or other interior decorations that may factor into the price, but the price of the home itself). I assume they would, since the model homes would have some wear and tear, and you don't get to choose the options. But maybe not?

I wrote stain/varnish question abt. 40 min ago & got no answers so I'm trying once more. Any preggo women out there been around the smell of stain & varnish, like if someone was working on a floor and had to obviously let it dry and it smelled bad. I have a window cracked & door closed. It smells yucky & I was wondering if you thought it could harm me? I am going to doc tomorrow anyway. I'll ask then but any info would be great.

I plan to move in the next year, my current house needs a new roof which I have already budgeted for and plan to have done this month for about $5,000. Is it in my best interest now to spend the $5,000 on a new roof to add to the value of the house, or put it on the market without a new roof, knowing it will decrease the selling price?

i have a sony home theather 2 yrs ago and am also planing to buy a simple 5.1ch home theater to put it in the other room.

please advice w/c specs is better (i'll just hide the brands between sony and philips to know w/c is good)

*home theater 1:
satellite speakers and subwoofer rated impedance -2.7 ohms
(freq. range not specified in manual)

*home theater 2:
satellite speakers - 4 ohms ; 150-20000hz
center speakers - 8 ohms ; 150-20000hz
subwoofer - 8 ohms ; 45-150hz

please choose w/c home theater specs is better sound output.
which is better higher or lower ohms (rated impedance)

i have quite a few questions i want to ask and check over with like little things like states and stuff xd if anyones not that busy have a look!

1)Ca(s)+ 2H2O(L)>Ca(OH)2 (aq)+H2(g)
Nh4cl (s)+ h2o> NH4cl(aq)? have no idea on that

2)to find molar ethaply for calcium of water
i do n= mass/molar mass to get moles for ca
do q=mc T to get heat for water
then molar ethaply is q/ moles of ca
i have all the values but those are the right steps?

it will be same for NH4CL(ammonium chloride)

3) and dissoultion of ammonium chloride with water is endothermic becasue heat was absorbed since the final temperature went down

4)if more calcium was added to the calcium with water reaction.. what will happen to molar entaply? it will go down since the entaply is going to be divided by a higher number right

5) this question was asking for heat or enthaply change of both equations.. i think (heat and enthaply change is the same thing right)

to get q its just mc delta T right

6) i have no idea how to write thermal equations for both of em so help here will be nice xd

7)calcium with water is exothermic becasue heat was produced on the products side(temperature increased) ammonium chloride with water is endo cuz heat was absorted final temperature lowered
but i think this question was worth 6 marks.. i dont know how i can do a 6 mark answer

my friends hate my friend jenn but she needs a place to stay. her mom just kicked her out and she says she has a week to get out of the house. shes only 15! and she has no were to go because her dad just moved out of state. everything would work out perfectly if she stayed with me she would have a ride to school, i have a extra bed. but were a little behind money so i think they will say no. but she would only stay 2 weeks. but my mom let my brothers friend paul stay for two weeks and his other friend stay for a month, so why cant i let her stay for two weeks. but im asking how do i convince them to let her stay? also they hate her because we were stupid a year ago and took these pills and we o.d. also she had alot of problems at home so my parents thought she was mentally unstable but she got counciling so shes better its just her and her mom got in a fight so she cant deal with her anymore and shes makign her leave so how can i convince my parents to let her stay?!?!?!

This is my first time cooking with a crock put and am very confused. I'm attempting curry (partially because I didn't have a pot big enough for the serving), and it's been over 40 minutes on high in the crock pot and its not boiling.. is it not suppose to boil? So I browned the chicken and the veggies and threw it in the pot with some water. Should I just wait longer?

My whole family is Catholic and I can't see myself as a Catholic.
My sister and her husband are Christians and my family has really not accepted it yet, but she has teached me so much about it that I changed a lot .

My Aunt and her family are Jehovah witnesses, and while I lived with them for 3 months, they have really made me feel comfortable and I want to learn more.

i AM IN BETWEEN CHRISTIANITY AND JEHOVAH WITNESS. I was without none for a very long time untill this last few days, I felt really lonely and actually dont have anyone to talk to. My sister and Aunt have told me I actually need god(Jehovah) and I want to so bad but Im scarred to fall back, and be seen as a hyprocit. I just need some advice thank you
