We haven't had any alone time except for in bed,since she's been living with us so when she asked if she could go to a pizza party at one of her guy friend's house and then spend the night with bet friend I told her yes. She's 14 and she's a pest and honestly I just wanted to get rid of her for the night, since she's never nice to be unless she wants something. Anyway when he came home last night I had a romantic candlelit dinner prepared for us and he asked about her and I told him she was out for the night and I gave her persmission then he got pissed and went to get her and hasn't talked to me since! What is his problem?

My 5 year old Siberian Husky, Sydney, and 1 year old Papillon, Louie are extremely light eaters. We feed Sydney on a schedule now, but when we used to leave her food out, she would only eat once a day anyway- same with Louie. Neither eats more than he or she needs.

I've read that dogs don't tend to eat as much when they're fed raw diets because they benefit from the nutrition so much more than they do on commercial food. However, since my dogs eat so little in the first place, would they actually eat even less? I want them to be in the best of health, so I'll do whatever is necessary for them to be happy and healthy.

It was given to us in English class in 1990. I have no idea when it was from. It might be Chinese but I am fairly certain was Japanese. NOT a Haiku. I am %99 sure it was a woman poet. It was a love poem that reminded me somehow of how I felt longing for someone who didn't know how i felt and the imagery involved a tree - maybe a cherry tree, cherry blossoms, maybe a a weeping willow tree? I don't know that is the picture I get in my head when I think of this poem. I've been searching for it ever since High School I wish I could remember more about it

It was fixing to get dark & I was fishing alone off of the pier by my house. I sneezed extremely loud. I heard a women's voice say, "God Bless you." As I looked towards the direction I thought the voice came from, I saw a women in the water. She quickly went in the water. I saw a huge fish tail as she went under. Can anyone out there help me catch her?? I don't want her getting hurt or getting caught in any tuna nets.

I am the Network Administrator for a company that is moving to a new location and wishes to upgrade its computer systems and double the work force. Currently, the company has 35 employees running Windows 98 on a Windows NT 4.0 domain. 10 employees are in management, 5 are in programming, 5 are in sales, and 15 are in graphics and development. The company wishes to create a research team and provide me with an IT staff, as well as increase the size of the other teams. At the new location, the office is already wired for Internet connection. The Internet Service Provider has issued the company an IP address range of 128.174.7.0 to 128.174.7.64. I must provide a proposal that includes a Server solution, the amount of new computers, printers, and servers to purchase, and the Operating System to install. I must also create a plan for IP addresses of the computers and servers. Finally, I must add network printers and shared group permissions for printers and file server storage and be sure to provide the groups I create and the members of the groups.

I am new to this job straight out of college and am a little perplexed. I had some ideas, but I wanted to get some fellow IT pros opinions. Could someone please help me out in devising a simple enough plan?

it's going to be in two parts. the first part will contain over five hundred prophecies that i believe god revealed to me in a dream about events that happened between 4000-5000 years ago. the second part will detail how every one of these prophecies were fulfilled by this person who lived in that time frame. god has spoken to me and made it all clear that this person was the real messiah and that the bible simply stole his story and twisted it so that people of that time would believe it. he discussed with me the big bang and evolution as well. he said the reason the bible changed it is because people didn't want to believe they came from apes. anyone interested in the book? think about it. it's got over 500 fulfilled prophecies. they can't really be verified anywhere outside the book, but the book confirms it and the book is the word of god, and god wouldn't lie to you. oh yeah, and god told me that it is a fool who says in his heart that this book is not the word of god.

I have two of them who are lovely! One died recently so I only have one now, And have had several in previous years. I was walking in the park and my dog was sniffing at a tree , ( off the lead) and another dog ran over and started sniffing the same spot! Thats all they were doing, Hardly aknowledging eachother. And Some ignorant man starts screaming at his dog to come over, then shouting at me , THAT THINGS DANGEROUS ANIMAL!! SHOULDN'T BE OUT IN DAYLIGHT PUT IT ON THE LEAD! ,,,I was incredibly offended! Shes lovley and wouldnt harm a fly!!

My female Pitbull is giving birth right now. (And yes! I am a reputable breeder,...Dogs come from excellent lines) The first one came at about 40 min. ago. Since then she has given birth to four more...So a total of five in the last 45 min. Her past 2 litters were both large litters at 13 and 14. So my question is....How many pups do you think she will have in all? First Person to guess the right number will get 10 pts. !

theres this guy that i like and hes very shy when talking to girls that he likes (he said so).. besides his (gal) friends.. anyway, i always start the converstion whenevr we are both Online.. for 8 consecutive days.. we chatted.. i always say hi first.. but the good thing is, he always reply (fast).. eventhough his doing something.. and this day (9th day) i said hi to him first as usual.. and waited for him to start a converstion.. but he never did..

does this mean he doesnt like me?.. can he overcome his shyness?.. or no?.. would he say hi to me someday?.. or would that be really hard for him?

A lawyer and two friends--a Rabbi, and a Hindu holy man--had car trouble in the countryside and asked to spend the night with a farmer.

The farmer said, "There might be a problem. You see, I only have room for two to sleep in the house. So one of you must sleep in the barn."

"No problem," chimed the Rabbi. "My people wandered in the desert for forty years. I am humble enough to sleep in the barn for one evening." With that he departed to the barn, and the others bedded down for the night.

Moments later a knock was heard at the door; the farmer opened the door. There stood the Rabbi from the barn. "What's wrong?" asked the farmer. He replied, "I am grateful to you, but I just can't sleep in the barn. There is a pig in the barn, and my faith believes that is an unclean animal."

His Hindu friend agrees to swap places with him. But a few minutes later the same scene reoccurs. There is a knock on the door. "What's wrong?" the farmer asks. The Hindu holy man replies, "I, too, am grateful for your helping us out, but there is a cow in the barn. In my country cows are considered sacred and I can't sleep on holy ground!"

That left only the lawyer to make the change. He grumbled and complained, but went out to the barn. Moments later there was another knock on the farmer's door. Frustrated and tired, the farmer opens the door, and there stood the pig and the cow.
