so iv got this mate and a few moths ago he strangled me we got over it but he has threatened me a few times since
he has also told me he isnt afraid 2 kill someone. in the past few months we have had huge arguments and then been like best mates again. he also likes to mess with ppls heads and has addmitted this 2 me. he can b the nicest person u cud eva meet and then turn crazy.
he likes 2 manipulate ppl. i told him yestarday i wanted nothing 2 do with him and he wouldnt take it. he said id neva win aganst him
i just wana get rid and haave him outa my life
how do i do this? and has he got something mentaly wrong with him

If the government wants seperation of church and state-

Since we can't pray to God, can't Trust in God and cannot post His Commandments in Government buildings, I don't belie ve the Government and its employees should participate in the Easter and Christmas celebrations which honor the God that our government is eliminating from many facets of American life.
I'd like my mail delivered on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter. After all, it's just another day.
I'd like the US Supreme Court to be in session on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter as well as Sundays. After all, it's just another day.
I'd like the Senate and the House of Representatives to not have to worry about getting home for the "Christmas Break." After all it's just another day.

I am starting to think that God can be reached through all religions and even without religion. Most religions are based on similar principles. I think that an authentic yearning to find God or to do right by God is the true path and it is reached by people of all religions, and even people without religion.

why is it okay for teenagers to drop out of school when they are sixteen ?

Why should children go to school at all if we give them the option of dropping out at a certain age?

Why isn't it mandatory to finish school and get a diploma?

Would you let your child drop out of school ? I have two daughters and hope they would never want to.

I am a high school drop out and regret it every day. I am trying to get my high school diploma now so I can go to college.

I am 22, I don't have a license, I don't even have a permit. Not because I can't get one but because I'm just not interested in driving. People say strange comments when they find out. Why is that? I don't even need a car really, everyone in my family has one, why get another, plus there is public transportatin when I can't get a ride from one of them. And no, the reason I do not drive is not because I'm one of those live green people. I appreciate the cause but i'm not all gung ho about it. Basically I want to know if there is a good answer for me to tell people why I don't drive when they ask me, other than I just don't want to.

MEXICO CITY, Nov 19 (IPS) - Panic has taken hold of the six million Mexicans who live in the United States without residence permits, because of the ongoing crackdown on "illegal aliens", which has involved an increasing number of raids and deportations.

The Mexican government has announced measures in defence of its citizens across the border, and insists that immigration reform is urgently needed in the U.S. However, the indications are that there will be no reform until 2009 at the earliest.

"We are being harassed and persecuted, and I confess we are extremely nervous. We don’t feel that Mexico is helping us at all," Freddy Batista, a Mexican immigrant who has worked in building maintenance in Los Angeles, California for four years, told IPS. "I’ve thought about not taking my son (aged 12) to school anymore, because they might capture me, or him, and then we’d be separated, which would not be fair to him. But what can I do? He can’t stay home or go into hiding," said Batista in a telephone interview from Los Angeles.

I don't really care about sports, but this caught my attention.

It appears that the NFL will only allow the broadcasting of some of the last (and therefore biggest) games of the year on the NFL network that very few cable companies carry.

Fans are going to be very upset, especially if this continues to every game in the next season.

The NFL wants to increase their profits by controlling who has access to watch and charging more. The cable companies don't want to pay for the NFL channel since it does nothing but play old games when the NFL isn't playing, and the cost for the channel is high.

Who should be blamed by the fans for this debacle?

Lately I have been really impatient with my husband. He keeps asking me for help with documents, filling out forms and doing all kinds of things for him. Because I refuse and he won't do these things himself and then he turns around and asks his MOTHER to do these things for him.

He hasn't had a job for a while and I can BARELY afford to keep us above water. He won't take the ONLY car we have during the day while I'm at work to look for a job. He won't look for a job or call potential employers to see if they are hiring unless I get on his case.

I’ve been so stressed out because I’m on the brink of losing my job and he wants me to do everything for him and he won’t do a thing. I don’t know what to do, other than continue refusing to things for him. When he calls to complain about something, I snap at him like he’s a child. What can I do to stop from being impatient?

I am trying to access my business PC with my Laptop using remote desktop connection. If am in in the building using the WIFI, it does error (doesn't recognize, connect anyway?) but lets me connect anyway. When I get home though, it won't connect (different error, won't connect). My PC at home won't connect either. Both PC's are running XP and the laptop is running Vista. I have used this program in teh past to connect to other computers and would like to try to work this out. Does anyone have any step by step solutions to get this running properly?
