I am starting to think that God can be reached through all religions and even without religion. Most religions are based on similar principles. I think that an authentic yearning to find God or to do right by God is the true path and it is reached by people of all religions, and even people without religion.

Yes. There is an old saying that there are many paths to the summit of the mountain. Whatever spiritual path one chooses, if it leads to the summit, to God, then it is right. Everyone chooses, or should choose, the path which is most comfortable for them, because this is the path they are most suited for according to their mentality and personality. Some choose deep religious devotion, others choose doing good works, and still others choose mysticism, but no path is better than another. The only wrong path is one that harms others or onself in any way.

I think so. If we are each unique, then it might follow that we each have the possibility of an unique path. This is why it may work to be more tolerant of the beliefs of others.

Yes, and some paths don't even need to include 'god'. The concept is completely unnecessary.
