Brad is a jerk. A huge jerk. I bet this was all fun and games for him, although he knew he was going to break the hearts of many women. I feel sorry for DeAnna and Jenni. I would feel used, hurt, embarassed, and degraded. I doubt he changed his mind at the last minute. He just couldn't, WOULDN't commit to either other of them but wasn't manly enough to let them know that before leading them to the finale and getting their hopes up for a proposal.
And you know what's annoying? As soon as he breaks a girl's heart, he tries to hug on her and hold her hand and start to care about her feelings THEN.
Someone ought to shove that rose up his you-know-what.

I rewatched the episode on ABC.com
I don't think Brad meant to hurt anybody. All three of them were hurt though.
Brad told Jen that he wanted something more that he can't find with her.
About D he said that there is nothing I could want that D doesn't posess. To her he said I can't tell you I love you. I refuse to give you a false promise.
You can have very deep feelings about a person and not be IN LOVE with them. He and D both want to be married only once and if he is not IN LOVE with her it wouldn't be right to
lead her on.
His mother said that with him there is no gray areas, only black and white.
Even though it made a lot of fans really mad it was probably best that it happened like that. Makes it more real, really.
Most of the other Bachelors didn't marry the person they gave the rose to.

I seriously think Brad is a player as a bar owner and he didn't want to give up his lifestyle. I think he just did the bachelor for his kicks.

I totally agree with sunflower16! All he had to do was pick one! He didn't have to marry her! I am very disappointed in the outcome and don't know if I will waste my time watching another season of the Bachelor :-(

i couldnt believe it!!! i wanted jenni to win but i thought it would be deanna...i was mad that he led both girls on. im still in shock and it really makes me not want to watch the bachlor anymore...im interested to see what he and the girls say in "after the final rose" tonight!!!! hopefully he has a really good excuse!

i think he should end up with the guy that walks the girls from the car, i mean all the others were turned down. i did kinda like the one whose father put it to him about his business, my dad would have done the same.

He is a MORON! I still don't understand why he couldn't have just picked one girl to continue in a relationship with, i mean he didn't HAVE to propose for crying out loud.

I KNOW!!!! That was crazy.. I bet the producers are pissed about his decision too. UGH im so mad about it.. I thought when he told deonna that he was going to send her home, i thought he decided he wanted to pick jenni, but then he picked no one, its STUPID! Hes a JERK..
