my parents are divorce. and my dad is still very hostile about the whole situation. He does NOT like my mom's boyfriend or whatever he is...personally i don't really like to be around him myself. I am 17&my baby is due in April w/ my husband that I married in July of this year.
We went to a baby store to look@cribs&an older woman asked us if we needed anything,when we told her that we were looking for cribs she asked who we were buying for.We told her that it was for our baby,that was due in April.She then asked how old we were,I told her that I'm 17 & that he is 19.She shook her head&then said that she would be right back.When she came back she said that she needed to help another customer.So we started looking at stuff by ourselves.I sat down in one of the rocking chairs because my back was killing me.There were NO signs saying to not sit on them.When the lady noticed me sitting in the rocker,she came over&instead of just asking me to get up,she said that we needed to leave the store because no one was allowed to sit on furniture.As she showed us to the door,she said,"Next time bring your parents,we don't allow CHILDREN in our store unattended."
What should I have done?

Shouldnt we put forth a stronger effort and take a stand against these bad stereotypes against us and our faith? For example: dont trust him he might have a bomb, or he's a terrorist, muhammad(pbuh) preaches savage violent acts, just the way a lot of our middle eastern brothers or all of us for that fact have been treated and stereotyped since the U.S. government took down the wtc and killed thousands of innocent people including muslims and blamed it on so called muslims. Shouldnt we be trying harder to get the message straight, not in a violent type of way, but with mental strategies, public speaking, rallying, protesting, or should we just keep to ourselves and not defend what our belief is truly about?

right im 14 and im going out with a 16 year old guy ( i dont want your opinion on the age difference though thanks! =] ) and we have been going out for around 2 weeks now. hes REALLY nice to me when im with him, like always hugging me and playfighting with me etc... just genrally being everything us girls want in a guy :o) butt... everytime i have met him its always me who rings him and arranges it... so i decided that i might look a bit clingy so i played hard to get for a bit.. and basically didnt ring him.. but he didnt ring me either.. and still hasnt after 3 days.. which is a long time for us considering we see each other around 5 days a week. but apparently he called on my door today but i was at dancing so i missed him.. so i know that he hasnt gone off me

the question is how should i be with him? cause i am pretty angry he didnt ring me or text me and i want him to know he cant do that and that im not a pushover.. but i dont wanna fall out w/ him bigstyle.

I am forced by my non-residential parent to visit him. But my mother who is my residential parent does not support me whenever i want to change this.

So at what age can you just basically say no?

I'm old enough and responsible enough to drive a car so why cant i decide where i want to be?

Im 16 and am forced to go to my dads house, how do i get out of going there?

I was talking to a girlfriend of mine. She is recently remarried to a great guy who has an eleven year old son. Every other weekend when the son comes over she has to sleep alone. The dad and son sleep together in a different bedroom. She hates sleeping by herself and thinks the son is old enough to sleep alone. . .I agree. . .but how could she approach this subject with her husband?

I've been dating my girlfriend for a year now, and while we aren't progressing fast, it's fast enough to keep it from being boring. I don't have a problem with my relationship or anything, and we love each other very much, but I can't help but get the feeling that when i touch her breasts she doesn't like it very much. I'm not rough or anything, and I do it after building up so it isn't spur of the moment. She says that she likes it. Still, I can't help but get that feeling. If a girl isn't into it, it isn't as good. Could there be any truth in that feeling?
