He is your father, your bridegroom, and your creator. He showed his love for you immensly. Of course he's excited when he hears you say that you love him. Think about your bus kids... When your bus kids tell you they love you, doesn't that excite you? How about those whom you lead... your lady workers for example. Chris, we were made in God's immage... need I say more?

I wouldn't know since I don't love a god.
I think it would be a fairly lame god that would need my attention to survive.
Doesn't she have something better to do, like blowing up an island or killing children with a disease that is all but irradicated in the world? Or being sure the Bills win.

There is no God, but if he is anything as described in the Bible, I would think he would frown and instead of being happy with just being loved, he would get all needy and ask you how much!

I would imagine so. After all, the angels in Heaven rejoice when one accepts Jesus as thier Savior. I know I'm excited that he loved me enough to send His Son to die for me.

Well If your Son or daughter Just all of a sudden comes up to you and tells you they Love you how would you react, you'd Love it, and be touched. that is how God feels.
